A medical helicopter transported a 42-year-old woman from Vidin to Sofia, Bulgarian National Radio reports. The reason is the need for continued treatment in a specialized clinic, explained Dr. Wilhelm Eliseev, head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Vidin's St. Petka Hospital:

This is the woman from the accident near Dimovo, which happened 12-14 days ago. We are transporting her as a continuation of treatment, simply because our hospital does not have such specialists and such capabilities.

The woman's treatment will continue in thoracic surgery at a capital hospital, added Dr. Eliseev
