With his wife Kyra Sedgwick, he has chosen a peaceful life on a Connecticut farm. On this 16-hectare property, goats, pigs, miniature horses, and alpacas live together harmoniously. "Animals soothe me," he often admits. The couple also cultivates a bountiful vegetable garden, where tomatoes and basil grow , symbols of this return to basics.
A lifestyle transformation
This idyllic existence has profoundly changed their habits. Moved by his relationship with the animals, Bacon has reduced his consumption of animal products. Kyra adds humorously, "I told him he had to stop adopting, otherwise he'd end up not eating anything at all!"
